TeamViewer Email Address?

Desperately hoping that someone can offer some help and advice.

As nobody is answering calls at TeamViewer and I am unable to submit a Support Ticket, does anyone know of an email address for their support department as I am in dire need of some support?

The email address TeamViewer provides on the purchase invoice I received is:

www.teamviewer.com/support which is NOT an email address, at all.
