activated 2-factor authentication - lost device
Hi,
I activated 2-factor authentication and in meantime, i lost my mobile device, however, i saved activation code (in case you lost device) which doesn't work
how can i turn off and/or reset these 2-factor authentication?
I still know my username and pass
I am not payed user

Unfortunately that community moderators are not able to remove the setting of 2FA from TeamViewer account.
Kindly visit Two factor authentication - Activation and Deactivation for more information and possible instruction please. On the other hand, you may register a new TeamViewer account with a different email address.
