The license you tried to activate is already activated on another TeamViewer account.

I just purchased a remote access license and created a login as a part of the purchase process. When I log in it says "The license you tried to activate is already activated on another TeamViewer account.". I called support who said (when I called sales) "We can't help you, you need to speak to support". Whne I called support they said "we can't help you as there is no support for remote access". The invoice I received came through on the correct email account, so why does it say it is activated somewhere else?
