No connection to TeamViewer server

Cannot connect to remote server in Windows. Says "not used before" which is incorrect. Have been through process as given to activate, then says Ready to Connect, but cannot do so.

Does not bring up necessary space to enter password and to proceed.

    Given that you said your connecting to a server. I am assuming you have a paid account. If so I suggest contacting TeamViewer Support and they will be more than happy to help you through this issue. 

    If you do not have a paid account. Have you ever been able to connect to this server via TeamViewer?

    Still no connection, having been through all advised processes.
