Hello, we have purchased on behalf of a customer a 1 worker Remote access license that we have successfully activated **Please Do Not Post Email Addresses** account. For three days we have been trying to send the device authorization email. The provider reports that no spam mail from domain has arrived from their spam filters, except for the first confirmation email. Can you kindly and urgently check if the account is correct and if the emails are sent without problems?
