there will be available a future integration of Pilot into Microsoft Dynamics? If yes, when we can expect it?
Otherwise there are some API to develop a custom integration for Microsoft Dynamics?
This is mandatory for our customers.

It's in our Roadmap, but there is no committed date yet. I would not expect to have this before the end of the year.

To solve the tasks set by the management of the Pilot company, it was decided to introduce the Microsoft Dynamics CRM software product. This project was implemented by Softline specialists. The implementation of the system was carried out jointly by Softline and Firma Pilot CJSC.
