Easy Access no longer working
Was working fine previosuly but no I am not granted easy access anymore and all users I am trying to join have to grant me access. When they grant me access the cursor is a big blue arrow and I can not control the remote computer.

Could you please make sure, you have Full access set up on your local computer and on the remote computer?

Thank you! I looked everywhere, and this specifically "Could you please make sure, you have Full access set up on your local computer and on the remote computer?" answered my question. One of my PCs only had "view and show". Thanks again.
