Custom TeamViewer Modules?

I sent my father a link from my dashboard to install TeamViewer. He got it installed and I am able to connect. However, when I access his computer I get this popup box and though I have yet to be diconnected, if I do encounter something that takes a while I dont want to have to connect over and over again. 

Can anyone tell me what I have done wrong here?

He might have opened a custom TeamViewer module. Custom modules are only available for professional licenses.

Make sure to send him a standard QuickSupport link like this one: https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerQS.exe
