I use free teamviewer to support my elderly mother's PC, this works really well. However she also has an old ipad which she prefers to use and I am unfamiliar with the OS, so I struggle to support it. She is thinking of buying a new ipad that would be able to run the quicksupport app but it is not clear whether free teamviewer can be used to provide support to quicksupport app on an ipad (I understand that I can only see the screen and not control).
It might seem a dumb question but I would like to be sure before recommending that she pay for a new ipad...
