there's information in my customer panel that my invoice is unpaid but i did pay for it about 2 weeks ago. Could you please provide an e-mail address where i could send you a bank transfer confirmation?

Yes, you can send your payment confirmation by submitting a ticket to our customer support.
They will verify the payment and unblock the license if the payment has been received.
