File transfer is not an option anymore

Suddenly the file transfer option is not possible to use. I can only watch and make changes on my partners computer. I have a business login. Please help.TeamViewer_filetransfer.png

    Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! ?

    You seem to use an older version of TeamViewer. Could you please update your TeamViewer client on both sides of the connection and try again? ?

    It might fix the issue. ?
