Multiple select in client.

When I am connected to a client machine, windows 10, I am NOT able to selelct mutiple files in File Explorer using the CRTL or SHIFT key.

Also not able to select characters in notepad using SHIFT arrow.

What am I missing? Is there a setting somewhere to enable this?

    Asuming you are using TeamViewer 12, there is a setting in Options > Remote control for this (Yellow Aarow)TV Remote Control2.png
