Unable to connect
Whenever I try to connect to another TeamViewer I get the error message "Connection not authorized". Customer support has already tried to reset my ID, but it had no affect.
Please give me some support here!!

Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! ?
The remote computer you are trying to connect to might have a Black or Whitelist enabled, which is blocking you.
Could you please check in the TeamViewer options and see if it is the case?
To do so, please click on Extras → Options → Security and click next to Black and Whitelist, click on Configure.

This is not the issue. The message I keep getting when I try to use TeamViewer is "Connection not authorized". The indicates some kind of disablement coming from the TeamViewer team. From the message I can't tell what the problem is and I can't get any help from TeamViewer customer support.

Did you find a resolution for this? I am having the exact same problem. It says connection not authorized…please help if you can.
