black screen on host application when viewed remotely

Hi All

 

I have had to reinstall windows 10 on my host computer, software all runs fine. When trying to use a particular application remotely the display is fine on the host but I only get a black screen for the application on the computer I am using to remorte control.

 

Any ideas please?
