thanks Yuri, unfortuently i did try to call the number before i posted on here but the phone number listed on the website for australia is wrong, it goes to a different company.
Please can you confirm what the correct number is?

I did a test call from the list: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/support/contact/ and I confirmed that the Australian phone number is correct and goes to TeamViewer.
Could you please try it again?
