Thank you for your post. If you have followed the instructions here you should have an overview of all your activated device in your management console.
You will find all activated device under edit profile --> license
If you don't see any information, it could be, that you have create a company profile. In this case, you started a trial for premium license.
If a trial is started you have the option to delete the company profile. Please go to User management and remove company administrator. Please confirm that you want to delete the company profile, an automatic logoff will follow.
Please sign in again with your credentials, now you will see under your profile name your business license. Now you should have the option to add your devices to activate the license.
Otherwise you have also the option to insert the license key directly, please open your local teamviewer go to extras --> license activation.
You will find your license key on your invoice, starts with 09-********
