I'm out of town trying to remotely troubleshoot my home PC. I'm logged into my account on that PC, which is an administrator account. When I open account management in the Control Panel, It only shows my account.
What's going on?
My asumption would be that you only have that user setup on that PC. Did you or have you ever setup other users on the computer?
