    I have also contacted support team by creating support ticket .In how many hours they will respond and i want information that can i give access to multiple user at a time.

  • If you contact support team they will usually reply with 24 to 48 hours approx.

    I think support replies within a few hours. Did you find the solution to access multiple users? If yes, please share I also need it.
