unable to upgrade account from free to business via activation link

I bought a license but I even if a click on the link I cannot upgrade my account. I tried to uninstall teamviewer and then install it again but nothing changed. After some hours, opening teamviewer I discovered that the version changed from fre to evaluation. Somebody can help me? Thanks
