I live in NYC and my mom live in Guyana. I set up team viewer on my computer with email and password. I set up team viewer account with different email and password on her computer after I selected unattended access. Now I am unable to log into her computer. Please help, she is 85 years of age I would like for her to connect with the family. Thank you.
