Teamspeak no audio (through audio interface)

hi there

me and and a friend want to collab on music production through teamspeak. since we both use an audio interface (me: focusrite scarlett 2i2 1st gen, he: uad apollo twin) there is no audio sharing possible. I am not able to hear his audio nor is he able to hear my audio.

is there any possibility to fix this issue? we tried all audio settings inside teamviewer and on our apple macbooks.
