Adding a third-party application to Patch Management

Longtime TV Remote Access user, new to TV Asset Management.
I did not see two of the applications that we use on the list of third-party applications supported in Patch Management. What is the process for getting them added to the list? Is there a way for me to configure this?

Eset Endpoint Antivirus (www.eset.com), version 7.2
