I purchased Teamviewer two weeks ago and its still showing as free.
Please can this get resolved.
I havent recieved an activation email could one be resent please.
I have checked SPAM etc.
I am also having this issue. My account is not recignising my subscription.
service.teamviewer.com shows an active subscription
login.teamviewer.com shows my account as 'free'

For me it looks like the license has not been activated successfully. Did you get a PopUp confirming that your license has been activated successfully?
If not:
Can you click on the link in the email for the License Activation again and repeat Step 2 from the Knowledge Base article? And then continue with Step 3 and 4.

Did you already check/verified how many endpoints have been activated?

I dont think my account is activated as i have tried those steps.

I havent got any company setup within the user management and dont see any users.
Only the option to Create a Company and start trial.
Please advise.
