I didn't receive activation e-mail. I requested to resent activation e-mail multiple times, didn't receive even one activation e-mail for the pass hour. Any help?

I checked in my spam box, but its not there ether. However, I did receive welcoming e-mail from TeamViewer Community. So nothing is wrong with my e-mail account or Teamviewer e-mail server. So wht's wrong here?

I bought a business license and am unable to activate it. When I look at my account and try to change from free to licensed I get the instruction to use the activation link that was emailed to me. I don't have that link and can't seem to get another one sent. What do I do?

Hi,
what do I do?
I’ve seen already others posts,
I’ve never received any license activation mail
I’ve tried to call or find a contact for accounting or sales,
they make it so difficult to get to send a mail or get someone straight away,
Does anyone have a mail to contact the right department ?

Set up a new account, but unable to get the activation email even after changing email. I got the teamviewer community email though. What is wrong?

- We initially always advise you to add the TeamViewer domain @teamviewer.com to the allowed list of your email server.
- Please also check your spam and junk folder.
- If you're using Outlook, please keep in mind that emails usually show up first on the webmail and then they are redirected to Outlook.

I am not receiving the activation email(s). I've tried NUMEROUS times. The only email received was after the paid version was purchased. I've even tried deleting and recreating the account with no success. I can't even submit a ticket because the account isn't activated. I've even tried entering a different email address, and reentering the address but still nothing. I/we've paid around $90 for a service that can't be used. If this isn't fixed immediately, we'll call the credit card company and dispute the transaction as fraud. We've been trying to fix this for a day.

I haven't received the activation email.

I have not got my activation email to activate the account. It says I have one day left to use before I cannot use it anymore. I’ve tried several times resending it and still have not received the email and it’s been 24 hours. I also checked my junk email account, and nothing was there

I have the same problem and all your suggestions have been done. All other members have access except this particular user that can't activate is account.
