Wrong licence received

Hello,

 

I received a licence from my software Provider SCC, but when i activate it.

that not my account which appeared, it's another one.

i want to open a ticket to teamwiever for support but my licence is free since july.

can't join anybody on phone and can't an online ticket

I was in infnite loop since last week.

how i can do to solve my issue

    Yes and they ask me to contact teamviewer support

    At this point, everybody tell me  to contact each other

    I have no idea how to solve my issue
