Can't connect with Teamviewer API from browser in linux

in Linux only

We use Ninjarmm and when connecting to a remote machine through the browser using the Teamviewer API links I just get this in the Teamviewer log:

 

2020/08/21 09:27:03.904 55860 **Please do not post TeamViewer IDs**15424 GX1 ShowOtherInstance: triggered existing instance.
Quitting...

    yeah, and no reply from Teamviewer...
    I've seen 2 or 3 linux version updates and still no fix
