I have a client computer that appears off line in my list but isn't. I can type the client id number in and it connects just fine.
Have seen this a couple of times and it is usually a dns problem on the client side that is throwing the teamviewer client off. Like check if the client side computer isnt running on faulty static dns ip settings for instance.
