Need short key (easy way) to connect team viewer to internet

Hi to all...

I am working with a blind person and it is great to have your application for helping them in technology.

The main problem is that their speaker unit ( that is saying to them what is on the monitor while they move with tab) is not finding anywhere information ( they are not seeing and the speaker unit is not finding to say that info) that they are connecting to the internet.

Small button to connect to the internet or automatically when they open?! I have a problem helping them, sometimes they connect to the internet before and I can help them. But

They are all using technology, pleas help in some short key maybe or..
