Free License still appearing although license is activated
We purchased a Remote Access license in March 2020. It still shows as free license. I have removed the Teamviewer program and reinstalled it. We still have the same problem. We have submitted a ticket before and still have not been able to solve this issue. We have not been able to use Teamviewer for the past six months as it times out in minutes, Please help!

I confirm that your account is still free because you have created a company profile on Management Console.
Please make sure that you delete the company profile and then activate your license.
