Display of the disconnected PC

Hi,

My name is Rémi I work with a lot of supermarket. We connect with TeamViewer to our clients softwares to monitor some parameters that have a direct impact on their energy consumption.

In order to ease the tracking of each client I have organised folders by geographic locations.

The main issue is that, when a distant PC is no more connected to the internet, its shortcut goes to a folder named "disconnected" wether than staying in its geographic folders.

Is there a way to change that ? I would like the disconnected PCs to be shaded but stay in their affected folder.

Sorry for my english if there is some mistakes I am french :)

Thanks for your replies.

Rémi

    Hi Rémi,

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community 😊

Can you please check the settings under Extras --> Options --> Computers & Contacts and remove the check for Offline computers & contacts in separate group.

Hope this could help. Wish you a great day.

    All the best,
