    Hello, is there anything new about the problem " Connecting Android9 / 10" Smartphones ?

    I´ve got a Huawei P30 lite (EMUI 10)

    I can "look" on the smartphone , but don´t remote this.

    this is a disaster.

    Teamviewer seems to be a not reliable software anymore.

    maybe it’s better to find out a valid alternative?

    we need problem solving. Not silence.

    Same problem here. No resolution so far. It's almost a year now that we are waiting for a fix on that.
