didn't receive my license!
yesterday I bought a remote acess license,hoping to use it in the moment but only received a confirmation email saying that I should wait for the bill and for the license code.
then are mostly 24h since that and no license code or bill mail have been received,I can't use my license and ofcourse as I can't use my license I can use the support ticket to send an issue
I can't believe THIS level of quality for a company that bill's that amounts monthly for a license,we need that license to work and need it NOW

I paid for the Single User yesterday and still have not received my license code to convert my account
