license not activating

I have used the email to activate my license and connected my laptop. It shows my name but shows free version. If I go through the activation email again there is no link. Can someone tell me what to do? I tried to call teamviewer but it said call support is not included with the basic license. If I knew I would not have paid the year.

     I have similar problem. After extension license end off time I've info non commercial license.. 
But on the accout i,ve status subscription - Activate
