'Free' label to licensed and logged in account
Hello Viewers,
I am being labelled as 'free' every time I login to my team viewer account. I am a licensed subscriber. Because of this I am being logged out of the active remote session with the message saying - 'This was a free session...'
I would very much appreciate help in this regard.

same here, bought a license yesterday, and after activation email my account is still showing as Free

Same with me. I bought the version (didn't get the discount by the way) and now it still registers me for the 'free' version and is kicking me out.

Can you please check whether you clicked the link in the "ACCCOUNT activation email" or the "LICENSE activation email"?
