iPad does not connect to macbook
Hi everyone,
trying to control my MBP 2019 (running Catalina 10.15.7) with iPad (5th gen) but the App does nothing, unfortunately.
I've tried deleting/reloading the app but keep getting the spinning wheel of doom when trying to log into my account.
Any suggestions highly welcome!

Did you install the newest versions of TeamViewer on both devices? I'll have the specific links for you right here:

Also, please check your internet connection and your antivirus program as it might interfere with TeamViewer.

Hi, thanks for your reply!
I have the latest version installed on iPad but when I open it I cannot enter my login details as the fields are deactivated while the confirmation button seems to be loading with a progress wheel on it.
Any other thoughts?
