Purchased Remote Access Plan, but still showing as the Free version
I've read previous questions and tried to follow the steps mentioned below, but there is no company profile showing on my account.
When I look at our Customer Portal online the invoice shows as paid and the subscription shows as active. I can't find the original activation email, so I requested a new one and it tells me that my account is active so I can't be sent a new one.
I've tried manually activating the (legacy) license by inputting the invoice number, the Sales Order number and the Customer Account number but that didn't work.
