Hi

I am trying to move a device from one group to another and i get this : The device is running on an outdated version of TeamViewer. In order to move this device, please update it to the latest version of TeamViewer.

Yet both devices have the latest version and it cant be moved.

Some are with a "hosts" client updated to the latest version some are with the Full version and still cant move them.

    I am grateful you already confirmed that both sides of the connection are using the newest version of TeamViewer by clicking on Help -> About TeamViewer

    I will need more information to try to assist you...

    Do the groups you are trying to move belong to you, or they are shared groups?

    What is the OS you are using?

    we are actually moving all 'personal" group devices in groups created and maintained by 1 account. This is to allow all the groups to have the same policies since each group created by other employees cant be modified or have policies update by the "master account".

    so yes i was moving computers from 1 group (personal Shared with Full Control) to another group under the "Master supervisor account". I managed to do this for 30 Computers in that group but 4 didn't move over saying the title of the message.

    The account from witch i do the maintenance has FULL rights to all the Shared groups.

    The 4 computers are Windows 2012 R2 Standard
