One of my PC's will always prompt locally for confirmation, regardless of settings

As the title states, one PC (out of 3 on my account) will always locally display a confirmation of access dialogue box. I've reinstalled TV and deleted user settings, made sure Full Access is selected under advanced settings, tried with/without easy access, even tried just setting a password and much to my surprise it will even prompt for access after I type in the password set in TV. This started one day randomly out of the blue, for real. Was fine for years and then just not. What's up with this one?

Did you check the advanced settings for connections to other computers of your local computer (not the remote one, the one you are using to establish connections)? Maybe you have the wrong settings there. Make sure you have also Full Access set.
