impossible to create teamviewer account for my friend
when my friend tries to create his teamviewer account, he goes to this page :
then he enters his first name and last name, and then his email address, then click on continue.
then he reaches on this page :
then he creates ghis strong password and click the term of use and click on creatz account.
then this fails with a pop up saying :
"please check your email address and your password, then try again"
and if he tries again it fails again.
he does not any account yet and his password is strong enough.
so what is the problem ?
how else can he create his account ?
he wants only free account.

Could you ask your friend to open an incognito window in their browser to try to create the account again?

i have tried with Brave or Firefox or Chrome and each time i tried with normal window and with preivate window.
it fails each time.
i think the email address my friend uses is no allowed by teamviewer.
maybe it is considered as a spam address, by mistake.
maybe it is black listed, for whatever reason.
how to explain the managers of teamviewer that this address is OK and not illegal or dangerous and how to ask them to remove this addres from their spam list or their black list ?

I tested on my side and the error message
Please check your email address and your password, then try again
also pops up when the email is already in use, so there is a possibility that the account has already been created.- Could you please try to reset the password for the email account in question?
The system should send to your friend an email with a link to redefine a new password for the login.

I have the same problem with that error message
I also tried resetting the password and it didnt help
now it wants me to add my PC to trusted devices ... I followed that email link and did so
I still can sign in even after clicking on the "I've added device to the Trusted Devices List"
It takes me to the sign in page
and when I click on sign in, it again takes me to the first of the 2 images I posted
It's stuck in an eternal loop and doesnt work
it just continues to want me to add the device with multiple emails
