I'd like to specifically download this version of Team Viewer:
Team Viewer 12.0.224043
Although, I cannot find it anywhere on the Team Viewer website. Where can I find this download package for Windows 10 x 64-bit OS? I'd like this package so I can remote into devices within our organization because they specifically run on that older version (Team Viewer 12.0.224043).

Hi @ronc13 and @Andres120240 ,
You can download our previous versions from our website.
Please note that to remote connect to a previous version you need to have a valid TeamViewer license.
Let us know how it goes and if you have any further questions.

Is it possible to install specifically the Team Viewer 12.0.224043 instead of the TeamViewer 12.0.259192 package that the website offers to work around having a valid license? Or is having a license the only way to connect?
Thanks,
Ron

What is the correct license for this scenario?
Thanks,
Rony

Hi @ronc13 ,
TeamViewer for personal use requires the use of the newest version of the software.
To remotely connect to any previous version a TeamViewer license is required.
Regarding a specific version 12, you would need to open a ticket with our support team - which also requires a license - to check if it would be possible to still access this specific version.
I hope this information can help you! 🍀
Let me know if we can help any further.

Hi @.Carol.fg.
Yes, I found this helpful. We ended up using a license, and that allowed us to connect to our machines with no issue. Thank you for the clarification.
Thanks, Rony

Hello,
I downloaded setup (full client), it seems to be v12.0.259312.0 but i couldn't find any information on the changelog.
Is version 12 still supported ? If yes, do you have an end-of-support date ?
(I have an license Corporate (v12))Regards

Hi
Thanks for your answer.
I take security very seriously too. Are you saying that version 12 is no longer maintained about security on recent OS ?You'll understand that version 15 requires a subscription, and is therefore much more expensive for occasional use.

Hi @ChGot,
Thanks for raising the question!Rest assured that all TeamViewer versions available for download on our website are secure. Therefore, we encourage you to always keep your TeamViewer main version (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) in the newest version available of their kind.
For security reasons, do not download TeamViewer files or older versions from third-party websites - always download TeamViewer from our official website.📌Note: We encourage the reading of our Security Handbook, article as well as our blog post How to protect yourself from invoice scams.
💡Hint: Because you already have a license (v12), we would advise contacting our sales team directly for a quote if you're interested in the new features of TeamViewer Remote (15).
I hope this information can help you! 🍀
Please let us know if we can clarify any other question.
