Vsphere VMs not showing as runnning after migration.

Hi Team,

After migrating a network of 15 hyper-v VMs to  Vmware on an new server none of the VMs show up as running in TVs  web admin control panel or client management panel on my workstation. Teamviewer is running on all individual VMs. I can connect to a VM if I key in a user ID.  However, viewing the machine list in the 'control panel' shows them as being off line.  This is after test uninstall and reinstall on one of the Vservers as well.  I have not restarted the bare metal server that supports the Vsphere if that is going to make a difference...

How do I get them back?  De-install re-install did not correct the problem.

Did the IDs change? You may need to add them to your contact list again.

Since you changed platforms (Hyper-V to VMware) the software may see this as cloning to new hardware. TeamViewer is a bit secretive about what is used to generate an ID and may not match your Computers and Contacts list any more.

    I don't work for TeamViewer. I'm just a user.
