I seem to remember there was a section in the console that listed computers and their last time online. Is it still available and, if so, where do I find it in the menu system?

On the Devices menu, you can customize the Columns to show Last Online. 😄
I usually like using Last Online in the Advanced view when I want to filter all managed devices from all groups, like in the image below:
But if I want to check the last active device from a specific group, I usually like using the Basic view:
There is no right or wrong; you can customize according to your use case and needs.
