Suddenly easy access stopped working.

I was sitting at my job, signed onto my home pc from easy access which normally doesnt require a password since it was added as a trust device.

I lost connection as a normally do after some time, but when i tried to sign in again, it was asking for the password u use for remote access.

This never happend before and i didnt do anything.

I tried to check for new updates, but it says its the newest update when i check, not sure the version tho.

What do i do to fix this issue?

Yes, the device i want to connect is appearing.

I just dont understand why it worked, and then suddenly it stopped working. Im doing it the same way i always did.

I stopped using web.teamviewer.com and instead using login.teamviewer.com that seems to work
I dont have teamviewer installed here cos its a work pc.

Since you’ve already confirmed that the TeamViewer module on your device is up to date, please also double‑check that the module on the remote device is updated as well. As a basic troubleshooting step, please restart both devices and restart the TeamViewer modules on each side.

Double-check the easy access configuration

Does the remote device appear under your All Managed devices list as shown in the image below?

If not, please verify that the configuration is set up correctly: Provide unattended remote support

If the issue persists, please share the following details so we can better understand your scenario:

What operating systems are running on both your local device and the remote device.
Which button you selected when attempting to start a session via Easy Access. A screenshot of the button along with the full page would be very helpful.
