QuickSupport don't work anymore
Hello,
We use for our servicedesk, QuickSupport with a downloadlink.
But when we use it now, after implement TV 12 it don't work anymore.
When a n user type the link in their browser, they get a rederict to Teamviewer 12 start site.
So they don't get the sessiecode anymore.
Can somebody help us? thanks, Andre

It should be possible again to download the modules.
Do you still have problems? And if yes, what is the exact error message?

Does the problem occur on Mac systems? If yes, we are aware of the behavior and are working on a solution.

We fixed the describted problem - however it is not possbile to start the downloaded module at the moment. We are already working on this.

Hi Julia,
I tried our QuickSupport link on Windows, and thats no problem. (WIN8.1)
On El Capitan on a Mac it won't work now, because the mac says that the downloaded file is corrupt. I only can remove it to the recycle bin.

I'm also experiencing the same issue on the Mac. I am running macOS Sierra.

Can we get an update on this issue? It's difficult to provide service to our clients without this functionality issue being resolved for the Mac.
