QuickSupport don't work anymore

Hello,

We use for our servicedesk, QuickSupport with a downloadlink.

But when we use it now, after implement TV 12 it don't work anymore.

When a n user type the link in their browser,  they get a rederict to Teamviewer 12 start site.

So they don't get the sessiecode anymore.

Can somebody help us? thanks, Andre

    Does the problem occur on Mac systems? If yes, we are aware of the behavior and are working on a solution.

    I will reply to this post as soon as this is fixed.

    Thank you for your patience.

    We fixed the describted problem - however it is not possbile to start the downloaded module at the moment. We are already working on this.

    I will keep you updated.

  • Hi Julia,

    I tried our QuickSupport link on Windows, and thats no problem. (WIN8.1)

    On El Capitan on a Mac it won't work now, because the mac says that the downloaded file is corrupt. I only can remove it to the recycle bin.

  • I'm also experiencing the same issue on the Mac. I am running macOS Sierra.

  • Can we get an update on this issue? It's difficult to provide service to our clients without this functionality issue being resolved for the Mac.

    For some reason, downloaded Quicksupport executables don't start automaticaly anymore after downloading on Windows 10, which leads to a lot of confusion with our users because ofthen they don't know what to do
