Can I change the ports for Teamviewers in Windows
I facing a problem, after Teamviewer installed, one application doesn't works properly, the support from the applications say this is due to Teamviewer using the port, and this application won't change port. So I have to think another way to change the ports for Teamviewer.

TeamViewer normally uses port 5939 for communication between processes and port 5938 if you have enabled LAN connections in the options. The first port can be changed by adding a registry value under HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\TeamViewer named "IPC_Port_Service" (type: DWORD) and set it to a different port. The second port cannot be changed, but you can disable it in the options (General -> Incoming LAN connections -> deactivated).

Is it possible to specify which port you want to connect to though?
The use case would be for port-NAT access in fromexternal users, who are dependant on using IP-addresses.
