Customize Emails

I am trying to change what informatioin is sent to my customers when tickets are create, updated or clsoed.  Where is the listing of SeviceCamp meta tags?  For instance, I am trying to add the resolution to closed ticket email and I don't see that option anywhere.

    Hi

    At bittom of notification edit window there is a "?" question mark. By clicking on it
    window with all available placeholders will be displayed.
