Your company used to have great support. I created this just say the support has become useless now. In the past when my free to use got mistakenly flagged as commercial I was able to resolve it. Now 4 days and 4 attempts it's still locked. What's is up with the support. Can't even send an email for real?

my host device won't connect to the partner device. they both say ready to connect but when i push the connect button nothing happens. i even tried to go to the classic version and put the id in and the connect button never turned blue to connect. what am i doing wrong and how can i fix it?
