We would like to inform you of an important upcoming update regarding TeamViewer 11 and 12 license holders.
As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering secure and high-performance remote connectivity, TeamViewer will officially end support for Versions 11 and 12 on 31 December 2025.
What this means for you
After this date, TeamViewer 11 and 12 will no longer be supported on our global network infrastructure.
Devices running these versions may no longer be able to connect to TeamViewer servers for remote sessions over the internet.
Local network (LAN) connections between devices using these versions will still be possible, as they do not rely on TeamViewer’s servers.
Why this change
Technology and security standards are constantly evolving. Supporting legacy infrastructure introduces increasing security risks and limits our ability to provide a stable and secure experience. This change allows us to focus on delivering a more robust, secure, and future-ready platform for all users.
