License not activated

After paying the bill, we received an email with an activation link.
When you click on the link, the new license is not activated!
I created two support requests with numbers [removed by a moderator due to privacy] and [removed by a moderator due to privacy] but so far I have not received any response!

Who can help?

    Kindly ask you to be a little bit more patient. Due to your privacy, I will remove the Ticket IDs.
